Visualizing 113 grams of vegetables can vary depending on the type of vegetable and how it’s prepared. As a general guideline, 113 grams (4 ounces) of raw vegetables could be roughly equivalent to a medium-sized carrot, about 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, or approximately 2 cups of leafy greens, like spinach or lettuce.

All of our classic vegetable blends are good for you because they don’t contain any added sugars, oils, or preservatives—just fresh raw vegetables straight from our farmers. Fresh vegetables are a great source of several vitamins and minerals, especially fibre, potassium, and Vitamins A-K. What’s even better about a blend is that it allows you to incorporate a variety of vegetables into your diet, giving you a wide range of nutrients.

Once the salad package has been opened, push excess air out before reclosing it tightly with a clip and store it immediately in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Salads should be eaten within two days after opening for optimal freshness.

All Taylor Farms’ products marked “ready-to-eat” are thoroughly washed in purified water. You don’t need to wash the salads or vegetables prior to eating. Rinsing your fresh vegetables again will not damage the lettuce or vegetables in any way.
