Our Favorite Steak Dishes

Anyone who loves steak is probably really happy just to have a steak on their plate. But don’t stop there! Steaks are more versatile than people realize, and can be used in a wide variety of dishes that all make you feel like you stepped out for a dazzling steakhouse experience.
Steak Au Poivre (Peppercorn-Crusted New York Steak): Go for international flair with this French-inspired recipe where the steak is encrusted with crushed black peppercorns, then seared and served with a creamy, cognac-infused peppercorn sauce.

  • New York Strip Steak Fajitas: Steak pairs well with Latin flavors, especially in classic steak fajitas. Just sear and slice your New York steak, combine with sauteed fajita vegetables like bell peppers and onions, season with spices, and serve with tortillas, guacamole, and salsa.
  • New York Strip Steak with Chimichurri: A bit further south, you’ll find a delicious Argentine twist that makes for an out-of-this-world combination. Serve grilled steak with tangy chimichurri sauce made from fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes.
  • Korean BBQ Marinated New York Steak: Koreans have a beloved, unique approach to steak. Just marinate it in a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar, then grill it and serve with Korean-style vegetables. The caramelized edges really bring out the flavor of the steak. Enjoy!”
