Broccoli Crunch Pita Pocket
Ingredients
- 1 package Broccoli Crunch Chopped Kit
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 Pita Pockets
Directions
- Season chicken breasts with mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Add cayenne pepper for extra spice. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through. - Heat up and toast the pita pockets for one minute.
- Assemble the Chopped Kit and cut the chicken breasts once cooled.
- Stuff the salad and chicken in the pita pocket and enjoy!
