One in A Melon Salad “Pizza”


Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon, sliced
  • 4-8 pieces Prosciutto Di Parma, thinly sliced
  • 1 Taylor Farms Organic Honey Citrus Chopped Salad Kit
  • Basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Starting with a slice of watermelon, cut into 4 or 8 wedges.
  2. Add Prosciutto to each wedge. Top with the Honey Citrus chopped greens. Add roasted watermelon seeds and almonds, then add the feta. Dress with Watermelon vinaigrette.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy for a refreshing appetizer or meal!
