Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon, sliced
- 4-8 pieces Prosciutto Di Parma, thinly sliced
- 1 Taylor Farms Organic Honey Citrus Chopped Salad Kit
- Basil for garnish
Directions
- Starting with a slice of watermelon, cut into 4 or 8 wedges.
- Add Prosciutto to each wedge. Top with the Honey Citrus chopped greens. Add roasted watermelon seeds and almonds, then add the feta. Dress with Watermelon vinaigrette.
- Garnish with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy for a refreshing appetizer or meal!
