One in A Melon Salad “Pizza”



  1. Starting with a slice of watermelon, cut into 4 or 8 wedges.
  2. Add Prosciutto to each wedge. Top with the Watermelon Crunch chopped greens. Add roasted watermelon seeds and almonds, then add the feta. Dress with Watermelon vinaigrette.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy for a refreshing appetizer or meal!
