Spicy Chicken Mango Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 package Thai Chili Mango Chopped Kit
  • 1 mango
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tbsp chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp cumin
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper

Directions

  1. Pat dry the chicken breast, drizzle olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Peel and slice the mango.
  3. Assemble the chopped salad kit and add the mango and chicken breast on top. Finish with some fresh cracked pepper, ENJOY!
