Shredded BBQ Chicken Salad



  1. Fire up the gill to high heat. While the grill is getting hot, pat dry the chicken, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and coat it with BBQ sauce.
  2. Once the grill is ready, put on the chicken and corn on (without husks). Cook the chicken for 30-40 minutes and rotating halfway through. Turn the corn on a new side every few minutes until tender.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, cook and drain the black beans.
  4. Assemble the BBQ Chopped Kit and top with black beans, grilled corn, and the BBQ Chicken.
