Ingredients
- 1 package Thai Chili Mango Chopped Kit
- 1 mango
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tbsp chili powder
- ¼ tbsp cumin
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
Directions
- Pat dry the chicken breast, drizzle olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Peel and slice the mango.
- Assemble the chopped salad kit and add the mango and chicken breast on top. Finish with some fresh cracked pepper, ENJOY!
