With 21 grams of protein in every bag, our Power Caesar Chopped Salad Kit makes it easy to savour a traditional Caesar salad while getting a hefty portion of everyone’s favourite macronutrient. But why not add some more protein to the mix? Salmon has always been an agreeable companion to the rich flavours of a Caesar, so it’s a natural fit, especially when it’s all wrapped up in, well, a wrap. And that’s exactly what’s going on here. With just one salad kit, a few fillets, and some tortillas, you’ve got all you need for a deli-worthy wrap that’s loaded with all the good stuff.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet, season with black pepper, and squeeze the lemon over the top. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  2. Toss the Power Caesar salad with the included dressing and toppings.
  3. Divide the salad between the tortillas. Flake the salmon into large pieces and add it on top.
  4. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and slice each wrap in half. Serve and enjoy!

Do your wraps need some company on the plate?

These wraps make for a satisfying meal on their own, but if you want a fuller spread, we’ve got some quick ideas. Roasted baby potatoes are an easy side, especially since the oven is already on for the salmon. Just halve them, toss with olive oil and salt, and give them a 20-minute head start before the salmon goes in. Once the potatoes are browned, finish them with a squeeze of lemon.

If it’s a chilly day, how about some tomato basil soup? You can make it ahead and warm it while the salmon bakes, or even use a store-bought version you like. Set out bowls of soup with the wraps cut in half, and lunch is ready as soon as you roll them up.

During the warmer months, toss cubed watermelon and cucumber with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Cut the watermelon ahead of time, but wait until serving to dress the salad so the cucumber stays crisp. Okay, one more — grilled corn with butter and lime is another good option if you already have the barbecue going.
